Stagioni d’Amore (Seasons of Love) brings the music of Claudio Monteverdi and Salamone Rossi together in a dramatic tribute to love for every season of the year. Tenet’s performers explore love’s emotional highs and lows through madrigals ranging from sprightly to tormented in nature, impassioned arias, and instrumental interludes. You’ll take in beautiful sounds while being immersed in gorgeous renaissance art-filled projections by designer Camilla Tassi.

Getting there: Park Avenue Christian Church is located at 1010 Park Avenue at 85th Street, easily accessible by public transportation. The closest subway stop is the 4/5/6 at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue, just a short walk away. Bus routes M1, M2, M3, and M4 also stop nearby. Limited street parking is available, so we recommend using public transit, ride share, or allowing extra time if you plan to drive.
Before you go: Plan to arrive early to find your seat and enjoy the ambiance of the venue. You won’t want to miss a moment of the gorgeous projections, so we recommend taking care of any needs beforehand for a comfortable and immersive experience.

There is a whole lot of love that goes into madrigal writing! Here are a few lovely moments from Tenet’s Madrigals of War and Love program back in 2016: “Ardo e scoprir” and “Zefiro torna”. Tickets
Single tickets will be available on September 1ST.
Tenet will be offering a range of ticket prices from $10-$70, including $10 tickets for teens to sit with their adults and $15 student tickets.
