Tenet Trailblazers
We are investing in the next generation of singing entrepreneurs.
Tenet Trailblazers is a mentorship program for emerging singers interested in early music and focused on cultivating artistry, fostering entrepreneurship, and building community.
Trailblazers will further develop their skills by performing alongside Tenet artists during three programs during the 2026-27 season - Monteverdi's Orfeo, Handel’s Messiah, and J.S. Bach’s St. John Passion.
Trailblazers also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with arts entrepreneurship through short, paid apprenticeships with Tenet staff. These “Teamships” embed Trailblazers in Tenet’s administrative team - giving them the opportunity to learn essential skills like fundraising, marketing, production, and community development.

Virtual Discussion Sessions for Singing Entrepreneurs
Are you wondering how to develop your career as a singing entrepreneur? Planning a concert and have a question about fundraising, marketing, production, or arts leadership that you’ve always wanted to ask? Interested in learning more about the Trailblazers program and career pathways in music?
Join Tenet’s Artistic Director, Jolle Greenleaf, and Trailblazers Coordinator, Ben Ross, for Arts Entrepreneurship Office Hours - a small group discussion session to get your questions answered!
The Trailblazers program is offering two virtual meetings over the course of the season to connect with musicians who are interested in learning more about arts entrepreneurship. In each session, Jolle and Ben will answer your questions about how to start and develop artistic projects and how creating your own opportunities can complement life as a performer.
