Ifeanyi Epum

Ifeanyi Epum is a Nigerian-born countertenor based in Boston, recognized for his warm tone and musical versatility. Since moving to the United States in 2021 to pursue a master’s degree at the Longy School of Music, he has become an active presence in the region’s early music scene. He has performed with the Cantata Singers, Boston Camerata, and the American Guild of Organists, and took part in the Juilliard415 Messiah Workshop at the Juilliard School. Recently, he appeared as the alto soloist in the UMass Bach Festival. Ifeanyi serves as an Alto Staff Singer at Trinity Church, Boston, and teaches voice at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts. He was also a mentee in the TENET Vocal Artists’ Trailblazer Program. Beyond music, he works as a nursing assistant and is dedicated to building a career in healthcare alongside his musical pursuits
